GHR (amino acid blend) consists of a unique mix of amino acids crucial for the growth and development of children. These amino acids play a vital role in promoting growth hormones that, in turn, contribute to muscle development and the metabolism of fat.

Amino acids, serving as the fundamental building blocks of protein, are essential for supporting the muscle development of active children. The specific amino acids in this formulation provide nutritional support for the release of growth hormones.

L-Tryptophan, one of the amino acids included, helps maintain children's mood by supporting the production of neurotransmitters. Additionally, calcium is a vital component in the diets of children, playing a key role in supporting the production and maintenance of new bone tissue.

Each tablet contains: L-Arginine 75mg, L-Ornithine 50mg, L-Histidine 25mg, Calcium (Chelate) 5mg, L-Tryptophan 5mg. This product contains tabletting aids.

Children (age 3-7): Take 1 tablet twice daily.

Children (age 8+): Take 2-3 tablets twice daily.




* Take 30 minutes before food and prior to bedtime, or as professionally recommended. Care needs to be taken when given to younger children and ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. The tablets are easy to swallow but can be crushed and mixed with food, such as yoghurt.
