Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped within 3 days after full payment is completed. Please note that delays may occur depending on stock availability, courier conditions, customs processing, or public holidays.
To reduce environmental impact, we operate a paperless system and do not include printed invoices in our shipments. Your invoice will be sent to you via email after your order is placed. If you require a printed copy, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to assist.
While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, shipping and delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

South Korea: We offer the shipping service with KOREA POST
- A maximum of 6 health supplements per order.
- Up to 5kg of Honey products can be delivered per order.
- You MUST provide the Personal Customs Code (개인통관고유부호, PCC) at checkout.
- PCC MUST match the Recipient's full name, Mobile phone number, and Postal Code.
- Customs clearance may be delayed or rejected if the above information does not match. (applies to import declarations from 8 August 2025)

We currently offer shipping to China through private arrangements via FTD.

Important requirements:
- Shipping address must be written in Chinese, including the recipient’s full name and address.
- Shipping fees start from NZD $10.50 for up to 1kg.
- Maximum up to 7kg per shipment.

Product Quantity limits:
- Health Supplements: maximum 8 items per shipment
- Cosmetics: maximum 6 items per shipment
- After placing your order, please email a copy of recipient’s Chinese ID (front & back) to info@healthnewzealand.co.nz
- Average delivery time is 4 - 5 weeks. Delays of about a week may occur during public holidays.
- If your order contains items restricted for delivery in China, we will contact you separately. Please ensure your email and phone number are accurate and reachable.

Domestic(New Zealand): We offer free delivery on orders over $79. For orders under $79, the shipping fee is just $6.99 (different rates apply for rural areas).
- Please note that Kiwi Wool Pillow is not available for international shipping. The shipping fee for this item is $12 across all of New Zealand.
- For rural delivery, you will pay an extra fee of $4.00 for orders under $79, and $5.99 for orders over $79.
- The rural delivery fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.
