For the Bank Transfer option, we ship your order once your payment is confirmed and it will be confirmed within 3 days depends on your bank.

- How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- When will my order be shipped?

- Is it possible to place an order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. Please place your order through our website.
- How can I receive a tax invoice?
To receive a tax invoice, please contact our team (info@healthnewzealand.co.nz) with your order details, and we will send it to you via email.

Delete an Account
If you would like to delete your account, please contact our Customer Support team(info@healthnewzealand.co.nz). Please note that account deletion cannot be done manually through your account settings.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS&CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you wish to return or cancel an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund provided except 'HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS' that:
- You should provide your original Health NZ receipt or order confirmation, online invoice, or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.
- You return the item within 7 days of purchase
- The item must not have been used or damaged in any way
- The item is out of stock and doesn't know ETA
Health NZ will not accept the return of items the Vitamin Supplements (Health Supplements) under the change of mind returns or cancellations policy under any circumstances except in case of OUT OF STOCK and it has not been dispatched.
If an item is out of stock, our friendly staff will contact you to help by email or phone.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
