Magnesium (from oxide) 135mg, Phytomenadione (Vitamin K1) 100mcg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5mcg, Herbal extract equivalent to dry: Equisetum arvense Dry Stem (Horsetail) 50mg, Contains tabletting aids

No colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives used in this product. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.

Adults: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with food.

Contraindicated with hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria or severe renal disease.

Not suitable for vegans.
